Competitive Agreement
The COMPETITIVE AGREEMENT has been created to maintain the integrity and structure of this tournament. The purpose of the agreement is to ensure the fairness of competitive play of NBA 2K25 in connection with this tournament. To compete in this tournament, all teams must agree to and play by the Competitive Agreement. Team Captains, not ToXsiK, are responsible for ensuring that their players are completely aware of the agreement. Failure to follow the agreement may or may not result in a disqualification from the tournament.
Acceptance
At all times, Team Captains and Players agree to play by the Rules, including the Competitive Agreement. A team/player confirms that they have accepted these rules by playing in any tournament game.
Enforcement
When participating in the tournament, you understand that it is our duty to enforce the rules just as much as it is the responsibility of the teams/players to understand them. Any teams or players caught breaking the rules will be dealt with accordingly. Repeat violations may or may not result in a temporary or indefinite ban from participating in any future tournament(s).
Updates and Changes
ToXsiK reserves the right to update, revise, change, or modify these Rules at any time. Any player's participation in any game after these Rules have been updated, revised, changed, or modified will be viewed as acceptance of these Rules.
Likeness
You grant ToXsiK the unrestricted right and permission to stream, film, reproduce, record, and/or display assets from any game in which you play in, including gamertags, voices, conversations, and other likenesses, in any and all media known now or later produced, including but not limited to all broadcasts, digital and internet media, including but not limited to ToXsiK's livestream, third party sites, and social media channels, including, without limitation, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitch.
